Using an ATP Luminometer, we can now test the cleanliness of virtually any surface. ATP monitoring is a rapid testing method, with results available within seconds, that measures how clean, or conversely dirty, a surface might be.
In our PROTECT-3 ADVANCETM system, we incorporate ATP monitoring at various stages including before any cleaning and disinfection and in between each stage.1

PROTECT-3 ADVANCETM SYSTEM COMPONENTS
STEP 1 - CLEANING
Our process always begins with cleaning to allow us to remove any visible dirt and soil. By cleaning first, we enable the disinfectant product to do its job effectively.
STEP 2 - DISINFECTION
We only use Health Canada approved disinfectants and allow the proper dwell time for maximum effectiveness.
To maintain a continuously safe and healthy workplace however requires our third step - Fortify.
STEP 3 - FORTIFY
We know that every facility is different and so are the requirements of each customer. As such, our Fortify step will include a consultation to determine needs based on a variety of factors including how and when the facility is used, primary concerns, and of course, the budget. Based on these factors we can provide the best solutions for our customers' facilities including antimicrobial surface protection, increased cleaning and disinfecting frequency and more.

Do all staff receive training and development?
All managers and supervisors receive ongoing and comprehensive training on the management of the sites they are allocated. All cleaning staff receive in-house and on-site training on process, products and equipment needed to carry out their given duties. All Health and Safety issues and company policies are covered in their initial induction with annual refresher training, as needed.
Are all your employees background checked?
We recognize that security and trust are a paramount concern, so at ServiceMaster Clean & Restore Sea to Sky we have taken an added step to help ensure compliance with customer needs by developing the Clearance Chek’d certification program to help preserve the peace of mind of our customers. Clearance Chek’d is a high-level Police and Criminal Record Check combined with Identity and Previous Employment Verification. Janitorial staff working on your cleaning program will have (ID verified & clean criminal record) clearance via this Program.
